It is fair to say that finding accommodations in Japan by foreign students themselves is generally considered a tough and troublesome task, since a ‘Japanese’ joint guarantor is almost always asked when people (,including Japanese nationals) lease accommodations in Japan. People often need to pay 4〜6 months rent in advance, inclusive of non-refundable key money, a refundable deposit, the first month’s rent and a commission for the real estate agency. To ensure all NJA students a comfortable and pleasant living environment during their study in Japan, the NJA runs student dormitories on a nonprofit basis to serve needs and interests of our students. We do our best to provide our students with good dormitories: convenient location, cheap rent, clean room and safe neighborhood.

Dormitory buildings are conveniently located: 10 minutes walk to the school and 2 minutes walk to JR Fussa Station. Building superintendents are in charge of safety and security of the dormitory. Also, the counselors in NJA visit student’s dormitory regularly to help students solve the problems occurred in their daily life.
