The New Japan Academy (NJA), located in Fussa, Tokyo, near Yokota Air Base (U.S.A.), is a Japanese government registered Japanese school for students of Japanese as a foreign / second Language. Fussa is a foreigner-friendly city with a convenient living environment and a low cost of living. It is also within convenient commuting distance to many wonderful attractions, including the areas of central Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Kawagoe, Yokohama, etc. Besides regular Japanese learning, students will therefore be able to experience lots of Tokyo and lots of Japan at their leisure. Our school offers intensive Japanese classes as a foreign/second language designed to meet all needs of international students. Classes are small, averaging 7〜20 students, and meet mornings or afternoons, Monday through Friday. Classes are offered from lower-intermediate to advanced level on a year round basis; therefore, students will be able to choose the dates best suited to their needs for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months,6 months, etc.  For those who are absolute beginners with no Japanese knowledge, classes are available only in April and October.
