On November 2, 44 students from three classes of Grade One went to Tokyo Iron Tower and Asakusa for an outing and sight-seeing. On the bus, there comes over the face of each student an expectant expression towards the sight-seeing that is different from teaching. It took two hours from the school to the Tokyo Iron Tower. During this time, students played guessing games and the finger-guessing games and so on. It is quite lively on the bus.
When arriving at the Tokyo Iron Tower, due to the reason that they were not hastened to get to the next destination, the students and teachers made use of the time to make photographs as a souvenir. After that, they could go to Asakusa by water leisurely. We took luxurious tempura set meals. After studying correct methods to have dinners, the students began to challenge the tempura. Teachers worried that some students would leave some meals uneaten because they might not get used to the food. However, most of them ate the meals with no grains left. It is the great time for students to exert their daily study fruit during the free activity time in Asakusa. Students all actively spoke and communicated with the shop assistants and people who came to travel in Japan.
On the return bus, students still kept energetic and started the kala OK contest, with a student from Class M who came to Japan in April as the emcee. The students and teachers all displayed their singing voices in less than an hour. What the students would think about when the Tokyo Iron Tower and Asakusa which were only known from textbooks really appeared in front of them?
